Lot of Unverified information on IAF lost jets, if true is it time IAF takes a long hard look at itself?

As the title says. Lots of talks on debris being identified which may be Indian fighter Jets Mirage or Rafael.

Below statements and questions only applies if the statement about IAF lost jets are true.

During Balakot strike we lost one aircraft and today speculation is we lost 3. Pakistan is a very poor country with limited infrastructure. How is their PAF allegedly downing fighter jets?

Tough questions need to be asked to IAF chief:

1. The hardware we are buying like Rafael, is it future proof and the best in class?

2. Who is advising to buy this hardware which are not giving desired results in war? (Any corruption involved?)

3. Is there a skill gap in IAF? How can that be remedied?
