REVENUE MANAGER or AI?

Hi everyone, I work with a large company as a property manager and guest admin. I’m also working like an assistant to the director.

He’s most likely looking for a revenue manager but open to options. When i was looking around, I found sites like bnbcalc. What we’re essentially looking for is someone who can analyze market trends and change rental prices accordingly.

1st question, is it worth it to get a specific person for that to focus on prices alone? 2nd question, if not, then is it better to use a system or tools offered online? 3rd question, does bnbcalc even suggest rental prices or is it just ROI?
