Want to set up Steam Accounts for my littles on my Steam family.

How can I block certain games from them. I don’t need them playing COD, GTA, and things of that nature. One is 7 the other is 5, we game together and I feel like it’s times to just get them included in my accounts for other games they could enjoy on their own. What can I do to limit access?
