Sensitive Skin Sunscreen?

So my 3 year old has a history of eczema and sensitive skin. He hasn’t been able to use the generic sunscreen at daycare so I would give them the sensitive blue lizard. Now suddenly this year he’s having a negative reaction it—puffing up, red, hot to touch. Any recommendations for good sunscreen that hasn’t caused a reaction from your sensitive skinned babes?
