The Great Deku Tree as a dungeon

So i think I'm gonna recreate or rather re imagine the great deku tree from ocarina of time. But the question of conundrum I've ran into is so i remake it one to one with puzzles and areas but for ttrpg or do i do my own twists.

If so im not great at puzzle making so I'm open to ideas and inspiration
