How long should my t break be (read description)

I smoke medical indica carts at night time only (i have a rule for myself, at home only at 7pm and past i can smoke) and ill hit it throughout the night until like 2am and ill have used up around 2-3 millimetres in height of the stuff if that makes sense (i dont know how else to put it) So id consider myself a pretty mild smoker

But lately i havnt been getting any good highs from the cart but also the effects only last around 25-30mins i feel like.. But my friends that came over had only a few hits and they were hiigghhhh and for like way longer. So im just wondering how long a tolerance break i should have, like 5 days? or what do u guys think?
