Statement and a question.
The judges keep ordering that the two illegally deported men that were sent to el Salvador be returned to go through their due process but no one is saying anything about the hundreds of other men that were sent without due process as well. They are all entitled to due process regardless if they're here illegally or not. They at least get a hearing in front of a hearing officer for deportation. It's been made abundantly clear none of this took place and they were all sent with no chance to present anything on their behalf. So why are the judges not ordering all of them to come back, and held in a facility till their cases are heard? You know the immigration lawyers like the USCIS and AILA can file a motion demanding that all be brought back to get their due process as the law demands. That whole situation was illegal and unconstitutional. None of those men should have been sent out the country and placed in a prison, (especially that) without going through the proper process regardless of how evil or bad they are or if they are part of a gang. All men and women deserve due process per the constitution. How many of them were not criminals, how many have no one here to speak for them, how many are falsely imprisoned not in their country and supported by the united states. This is what happened in Nazi Germany during World War II. The only difference was they aren't Jewish, they're Latino. What is happening to them in that prison, how many are being beaten, or killed? Everyone saw the images of them lined up with their heads pushed down to their waist as they walked. Sitting for to back on the floor. This is the same kind of imagery we saw in the concentration camps. They are being treated worse than animals just from the small amount we have seen. There's no one there from the US making sure our tax dallors are not spent to support concentration camps. That these men, good or bad, are receiving fair treatment. We fought, thousands of our family members died and went through hell and back to prevent this treatment during World War ll. Now we just sit back and say oh well while it's happening to others at the US's behalf. Is this really who we have become, or we now a country of American Nazis? Do we need imagery like the swastika on our flag? I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted by this and if our brothers, dads, uncles, grandfather's, great grandfathers were still alive that fought and died in that war, they would regret to call themselves Americans. We are who we decide we are, and those who stand by and do nothing are complicit and just as bad. Will they come for you and your family next, will you get due process or just thrown in a hole to be forgotten?
