Best budget place to stay and solo trip?

I kinda have two questions. I am looking to book a solo trip to disneyland (I need something fun coming up) but just did universal and dont want to spend a ton of money. Any tips on the best budget hotel that has breakfast included or cheap breakfast at the hotel or next door? There is a possibility that I will drive so parking cost is also on my mind. If i flew there is a specific date i would have to go for the cheapest flight but driving gives me some flexibility on when this summer.

Especially since i am going alone (f26) and am not splitting the cost with anyone. Would that also be weird if i went to the parks by myself? Thanks in advance
