Dilemma with applying with low MCAT score

🔮 App Review

Just got my score back, and I had a disappointing 503 (bruh I studied so hard for this whilst taking 22 credits, I just thought it would have worked out for me). So the issue is that although I have a 4.0 GPA, and have some unique experiences, good non-clinical ECs, but no substantial clinical hours. I am scared that this upcoming cycle will be brutal because of my MCAT score.

Is there any possibility that retaking the MCAT, let's say in July/August after submitting primaries, might help your already submitted application? I don't want to rush to take it, I need at least 2 months, as I graduate from college this May, and I won't have any coursework/school demands to bother me while I prep again.
