Ult Crit Mastery + CL?

I was wondering, shouldn’t UW Crit Mastery have a noticeable effect, especially with the high rate of CL triggering, and then more than doubling the UW crit chance. Anybody got that mastery, and noticed a significant effect, e.g. bosses being killed by CL clearly more often? Surely there‘s somebody out there who did test that? Otherwise I‘ll just have to do it, I guess…

Thanks in advance…
