Help finding the best quality tyres

Hi everyone! I'm trying to find new tyres for my scooter, the specs are front 110/70-16 and rear 110/70-16. Any tips and advice related to choosing the best quality or brand would be helpful.

Where I live in the summer the weather is really hot and during the winter it can get quite rainy.

I want something that won't slip and slide due to intense heat or rain. Or when I'm completely stopped and try to open the gas on a slightly uphill road.

I've read some posts about Michelin city grip and pirelli angel tyres being really good.
