help me figure out why am I retarded now

I used to be smart and now im like actually stupid is it from A) ZaZa i smoke weed a lot now like 3-4 times a week but last month i used to smoke like 3 times a day and be high like every waking hour Or B) salvia I bought some online and when I used it i like lost the ability to use my brain like I just sat there with not a single thought through my brain for like 15 minutes I used it like 8 times in one week then gave it to a friend after unsuccessfully trying to break through

Would either of these cause me to lose brain cells or sum.

Thanks also im not complaining im very happy now I used to be depressed
