Best low-risk high-interest/dividend ETF’s?

Like a lot of you I got burned on stock value when Trump started all his BS and I’m just wondering if there’s non-fluctuating ETF’s that I can dump my money into and not worry about it once I break even (I hope) I’m currently starting to invest in CASH but are there any others that are similar?
