I want to go back to school

I have Hashimotos and hypothyroidism and it drains tf outta me, doing housework sometimes I nearly black out and need to rest. Id like to go back to school to get a certificate in CNA work. I'm worried about not having the energy but I need to make more money. Anyone go back to school with hashimotos? Tips? Advice? I'll also be traveling by bus about 40 minutes to an hour to get to the school.
