New NGAL clone from EG. 200w?

Anyone tried this? Seems like a new NGAL clone. This seems to have an overly powerful illuminator.

Since I'm into clone building I'm more interested in the exteriour and finish. Curious if they improved this somehow.

If anyone have experience of this or any other valuable insights let me know.
