Why do you trust the value sites?

From my experience, the trading websites and calculators are all horrible. They over-price values, especially with Hash, Henge, and especially gamepasses. So, besides the newer people, why do you trust the trading value websites instead of just thinking about the current limited quantity/if it can be obtained/when it released/etc
