I have a huge problem.

I work 3rd shift. I'm looking for an analog watch that I can see at night in pitch black darkness. For several hours. Normal lume does not hold up. Also need to be able to operate the lighting system with just tilting my wrist. Is this even possible with Casio? I have a 5610u but I want classic 3 hand analog watch. Starting to think this is impossible </3
