hair dye didnt work, not sure what to do

heyy all, so title basically, i’m not sure about what to do now! i bleached my hair, it was a light brown before with some old bleach at the bottom, it went to about a level 9, i then dyed it with some random purple hair dye, but it just didn’t work? theres some light purple parts which barely show, but my hair mostly just looks level 7 or 6 now. i ordered some manic panic which i know works, but the ones i ordered say they need level 9 or 8 hair. will they even work if i use them now? will bleaching my hair twice in such short notice ruin it? thanks for any advice!
