New to AI - Local Stable Diffusion server?

Hi all

I'd like to build a local AI server for creating images. I've been looking at Fooocus which looks great but I'm curious if i can get away with using some older hardware as im on a bit of a budget. I'm looking to use a Nvidia Tesla K80 with 24GB of VRAM along with probably an old server which will likely have a Xeon quad or 6 core in it with 32 / 64GB RAM and perhaps SATA SSD's in RAID / and NVMe on the PCI-E bus.

Will this work? I'm not looking for blazing fast generation but I just want to check it will work and create previews in a reasonable amount of time.
