Small bump on palm of hand

Hi! I am 29f, currently in my third trimester of pregnancy but this bump has been there since before getting pregnant. I am overweight, previously was on wegovy for approximately 1 years but came off prior to getting pregnant. Currently only take my Venlafaxine 75mg 1x per day and my prenatal. I don't know when this bump showed up but I have tried to cut it off before. It just comes back. It kind of feels calloused? There are no black wart "roots" and it never gets bigger than it is now. It doesn't hurt unless I put specific pressure on it, which isn't very often. It's so slightly raised that my fingernail can catch on it but I don't really notice it when I rub my hands together. I do have a dermatologist but I'm not set to see her for a while. Should I see about getting seen sooner? Pics in comments.
