Is TWW going to be included in the subscription soon?

I'm thinking on coming back to WoW, but I want to experience DF first so I'm wondering if it's worth getting the current offer (TWW + 1 month $30) or just subscribe, play DF and wait for another sale or even maybe by that time the pre order for the next DLC will be around the corner and normally those includes the latest DLC.

TY!
