Xbox Button Menu

I have steam on windows 11 and want to use a Xbox controller. Gamebar and Steam menu didn’t mix nicely so I turned off the Xbox button for Steam.

I actually don’t like the gamebar and would rather use the Xbox button for the Steam menu. I managed to turn off the game bar but cannot find a way to enable the summon menu option in Steam again. When I press the Xbox button nothing happens.

Anyone knows the fix?
