S25 bloatware that bad?

Going to ditch my pixel 7 soon and thinking of getting the s25 but have heard, to my surprise, a lot of bloatware issues with Samsung? Is it true? Do they really have a shit ton of apps that you can't uninstall? I think I've also read some apps get installed without your permission?

If you're a s25 user please chime in!
