Any recent experience with NTP for H1B visas? Is USCIS approving them?

Hello Everybody,

My current H1B is valid until AUG2026...but I just realized that my I94 expired in Jan2025. The last time I checked my passport stamp I saw AUG2026, but it was a mistake because next to it I have a stamp that says 2025. In my last trip abroad, upon returning the Immigration officer put a 2025 date instead of 2026.

My firm lawyers filed an NTP a week ago and we are waiting for USCIS answer. Hs anybody been in this situation lately? I know USCIS is being particularly strict these days 😔
