Need help deciding between 9070 XT at $760 or 5070 ti at $860?

Prices are after all taxes

I primarily play CS2 but play other games occasionally as well:

Expedition 33, GoW Ragnorak, FF7 Rebirth, FF16, Jedi Survivor and more games like these.

Monitor: 34inch ultrawide qdoled (1440p)

I do not use DLSS

Would like games to be 60fps+ native

I do some local AI stuff but speed usually is not too important for it, just that it works

Currently have OG 3080
