Healthcare management certificate?

I've got less than a year left before I finish my B.S in psychology. I've decided that I want to go and get an associates degree in nursing to become a psychiatric nurse, and eventually want to become a psychiatric nurse practioner.

I work for Target who is partnered with Guild Education and is paying for my B.S in psychology. Guild Education also pays for select certificates, up until you complete your undergraduate degree and are no longer eligible for coverage. There is a Healthcare Management Certificate available, it says it takes 3 months and requires 3-5 hours/week of work. I'm wondering if this would be worth my while? I'm nowhere close to becoming a PMHNP but would this be useful for me later down the line, especially since it's free?
