[Routine Help] a few questions on eyecare

Hi, just a few questions that I'm unclear with when applying and remove product from eye region

1. what is the proper method of applying eye cream and suncream?

My method has been squeezing a little eyecream onto my ring finger, pinching them together until the cream is evenly smudged on my fingers and then gently dabbing it on my eye region. I feel like I'm not getting enough application with this.

With suncream, I dab it onto my eye region (just above my eyelids) after massaging suncream onto my face.

2. should I place suncream on eyelids?

3. What cleansers to use to remove product from eyes?

Right now, I double cleanse on my eyes area with a cerave oil cleanser and an 'ordinary' foaming cleanser.

4. How to most effectively remove cleanser from eyes?

This is the most annoying area of my skincare routine entirely. Aside from washing it under the shower, removing product from my eyes is just so annoying and arduous and I can't even tell if the product has been fully removed from my eye area.
