ASROCK Motherboard BIOS/Bluetooth?

So I’m trying to fix the Bluetooth that supposedly comes reinstalled on the ASROCK X870 RS PRO WiFi motherboard.

This is apparently a common issue. MY issue is that I can’t even to get into the bios. Upon boot I’ve tried F2, I’ve tried del, and nothing happens at all. I’m getting irritated and I’m ready to send this MB back.

Anyone else experience this nonsense?
