MH Wilds benchmark gives 62 average FPS with a 3080 and 5600x set up on High, is this normal?

As the title says, I ran the benchmark in High quality 1440p and DLSS set to Quality. I've seen a benchmark video with a stronger CPU and managed to achieve around 70fps. Does this mean my CPU is bottlenecked? My specs are: MSI Gaming Trio X 3080, R5 5600X, 32gb CL18 3600mhz ram.

As for other benchmarks for reference, I ran TimeSpy and got average results, so at least I dont think the GPU I bought was faulty. Thanks in advance!
