Advice for return travel from Leh

I’m in Leh right now and I had Indigo flights on 09-May from Leh to Delhi to Bengaluru. That was first rescheduled for 15-May and after a while that got cancelled too.

Now, I’m planning to go via road to Manali and then to Delhi from there and take a flight from Delhi to Bengaluru. This journey via road can take over 35 hours as I was told.

What would the sub advise I do?
