My Money Tree needs help 😭

I am not sure what my money tree needs. Help me! It is getting West facing light. Not directly in the window about two feet from the window. Once spring came around I did notice fungus gnats. I haven't seen too many recently. But I've also been watering it less to reduce gnats. What am I doing wrong? Is it sick? Wrong light?
