Just received my payout for the Alec's Campaign after emailing

I wrote an email to them last night and received my payout this morning! Their email is:

Here is what I wrote to possibly save some time if you would like to use it ! Just make sure to attach your original receipt to said email.

I hope you’re well. I’m reaching out regarding the recent cashback offer for Alec’s Ice Cream through Aisle. I submitted my proof of purchase as instructed, but I have yet to receive any reimbursement via [insert Venmo/Paypal]. My [insert Venmo/Paypal] email/phone number is [insert email/phone number].

I’ve attached my receipt as proof of purchase. I also contacted Aisle support, and they mentioned the payout had been sent, but nothing has appeared in my [insert Venmo/Paypal] account. 

I would appreciate any update you can provide. Please let me know if there’s any further information you need from me. Thanks so much!
