Hair loss ?

So I’ve been on T for about 6 months and I’m 23 the first 2 months I was on 1 pump of 1.62% gel and then from then on I’ve been on 2 I started finasteride immediately 1 mg as I’m quite scared of balding I’m a hair stylist and my hair is quite literally my life almost in the past month or so I’ve been noticing an increase in shedding and I feel like I’ve definitely lost some density in my hair . I know hair loss can happen at any time however from my research it’s usually a little later in transition . It also seems to be general thinning and not like a receding hair line or bald spots . I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this exact pattern and if it’s likely from the Testosterone or if it’s something that I should go and get checked out by my primary care to make sure I’m not low on something
