Do we have more chance to lose 50/50 with hard pity when we have a lot of primos

So a friend had great luck on the game, soft pity and rarely lose 50/50. But since he began to have a lot of primos (he has now in the 80K primos) he lose 2/3 times his 50/50 and always on hard pity (80) so is it because he have a lot of primos that the game makes him spend more primos ?
