Over 90% Plead Guilty. Justice? Or Just Processing Meat?
Most people believe that court is some fair, fierce fight between the defense and prosecution, with the judge pulling out his scales and making a righteous decision after hearing both sides, examining the evidence, and listening to witness accounts.
This couldn’t be further from the truth.
Truth: Over 90% of criminal cases in the U.S. end in plea deals. So does this mean the prosecution “overwhelmed” the defense and “offender” with charges and forced them to plead guilty? Is it really in the offender’s own interest to get reduced sentences and “get off lightly”?
Haha. No. It actually comes about due to how the system is designed to process people like cattle and lock them up like animals—funneling them through.
The defense and prosecution work together, kissing passionately in the backrooms to come to a mutual agreement, which the judge echoes in court with a stamp of his gavel. I repeat: no fight happens in the courtroom. It’s all kissing in the backrooms pre-sentencing, while you’re in prison being processed. It’s all a show when it gets to court.
Wow. If that wasn’t bad enough, what about that 10% of cases that actually go to trial?
Well—how dare you offend the system and its judgment! They will come down on you like a ton of bricks, these corrupted sick fucks, for daring to offend them and their version of your offences.
People need to stop believing in this made-up righteous crap and the bullshit, made-up law. The reality of it is vile and rotten in every way. It’s all a game—and it’s the system’s muscle and brains too, if you realize the fact that the average person has been brainwashed silly to believe how court works versus how it actually does.
