Lakvan's Stronghold, does anyone know how to start this mod quest?

I read the entire page of the mod searched for all the 3 locations in the main page the pinefrost tower had the hall way there so I know that the mod at least loaded, the door for it is locked with a key as requirement, I talked with all orcs on the Mor Khazgur and nothing, did anyone else played this mod and know where to start ?
