Ticketmaster is the worst site I have ever used

Passcode wouldn’t even work for me for ten minutes. Girlfriend got in tried buying tickets and it kept saying it couldn’t complete the request. Card has been charged and Ticketmaster app isn’t showing we have the tickets. Customer support won’t connect us to anyone. Fml
