Prices inconsistent ?!

So for the past couple of months my refills at Publix are changing from $650 to $25 and the techs can't explain it. My insurance doesn't cover it and I use the manufacturer coupon. It's seriously is so random and the $25 refill surprises are so nice. I have no idea what's going on. Unfortunately this months refill is $650 🤦🏻‍♀️ Does anyone have an idea on what's going on?
