Do I have autism?

Hey loves, I have ADHD and have been taking medication for it for two months. They really help me to finally get through the day and get things done. However, for a few weeks now I've had the feeling that it feels even harder for me to leave the house... Two days ago I couldn't get out of the car for hours to go to the supermarket. And that's been happening to me lately. When I go for a walk I want to wear a cap and sunglasses, well it's always been that way... I'd also like to wear the sunglasses in shops. And after being in a store and noticing people there, despite having AirPods or someone standing next to me, I feel really bad inside. Yesterday the cashier in the restaurant checked my voucher three times when paying and kept saying something to me about the cash register system... after that I had to lie down in the car for 30 minutes and couldn't do my enema after that... Maybe this has nothing to do with autism, I don't know much about it, but maybe some of you are affected.
