What dessicant pack do you use in your headlights?

Left work yesterday and was greeted with a rainforest in one of my headlights. Did some digging and found that the dessicant pack probably needs replacement, which is fair as I've had the car for 2 years in a pretty humid climate.

Question is, do you guys use the OE packs, or is there a better alternative you'd recommend?
