Not to be frightened - But bunkers?

Now I don't want to do any fear mongering and instigate fear, and right now what we as a country have done is hit some terrorist camps, without casualties. And i know chennai is 3000 kms from Pakistan and Pakistan has no reasons to Target chennai, even if they do, we can intercept their missiles, midway.

Now Pakistan do not have a intercontinental ballistic nuclear war head, but supposed let's consider hypothetical scenario where they have , what would be our contingent plans?

Like these western countries indulge and humor the idea of a post Nuclear Dystopia, atleast that's what popular media like Hollywood tells us.

But I'm serious in wondering , like in a million possibilities, even in distant future , what if india or the whole world gets into a Nuclear situation.

Anyone had thought about building a bunker , making precautions so far for a very insane and very highly unlikely scenario like that?

Like have you ever humored the thought? How do you think we need to prepare.

Again all is well, and peaceful, but just let's humor ourselves with this hypothetical scenario.
