Low fps on "sprite" zone

Yesterday I built a new PC with a 7800x3d and a 5070ti. Expedition 33 1440p maxed out dlaa was always 80+ fps. Today I enabled onedrive, installed wintoys and disabled mouse acceleration. I start expedition 33 and I notice I was running 70fps average. I went near fire and the changing zone portal sprite and there now I get 40 fps.

What it can be?

My friend with a 7800x3d and a 4080 is stable at 90-100 frame
