Loan to lease a brand new car with no buyout

I had a car loan from Navy Federal when I got my car brand new in 2019. I never leased a car but was thinking to start doing that going forward. Will Navy Federal lets you get a loan for leasing a brand new car if you are not planning on buying it out at the end of the lease term? Please educate me on how the loan for leasing a car work. Thanks much!
