T4 Julra Feels Impossible for Melee

I'm playing shatter strike spellblade. I have res capped and 104% crit avoidance. My damage is solid but the problem is i just get one shot by everything and get like .02 seconds to move out of the way. On top of that, a few of her abilities are incredible hard to see the animation for.

Anyone else having this problem? I've watched a couple videos but still get oneshot. Any advice would be much welcomed. I just wanna smash mah heart :(
