Need help downloading game

Haven't played this game in a while but since it was May 4th, I wanted to try it again so I put my disc in. But the game stops downloading at 4%, it just stops there and says that it can't install. I've tried deleting games for more storage, turning the playsation on and off, pausing the update and letting the game install first, cleaning the disc. I don't know what to do.
