How can I actually get my driver's licence?

I have been failed by the same driving instructor and Randburg DLTC 2 times. First he said that I rolled back but I'm doing automatic and I was sitting stationary with the car in park and secondly he said my driving schools car wasn't road worthy due to the tread on the tired (which were over 1mm). I'm really starting to give up and it's taking a toll on me since I'm a teacher and I really need to drive to my classroom every day. If you have any advice whatsoever, please let me know. I'm desperate for anything at this point
