Which lubricant for mechanical groupset in 2025?

Hello

What is the go to lubricant in 2025 for maintaining the pivot points of a mechanical groupset (in my instance a 12 speed Shimano 105 R7100 road). There are so many options out there these days, you got the classic Tri Flo spray, Bioshield T9 spray. so on and so forth.
