Boot issues

Hey people

I am having problem booting my built pc I honestly don't know why it doesn't

The part i built with Carbide Corsair 400c MSI b650 gaming plus wifi Ryzen 7 9800x3d MSI trio 3080 12gb Kingston fury 32x2 Corsair RM850 modular

Problem is motherboard showed red on CPU Yellow on RAM

And i have tried everything First suspected drivers issues, downloaded the bios updates. Didn't work

Checked power connection, no Switched ram positions Tried one and the other on all positions No ram No gpu All of it Let the computer sit in case of "training"

Maybe the motherboard has issues with the processor?

It simply refused to display anything.
