CP farming or Devilfish?

Would it be better for an additional Ethereal to help farm CP or an additional Devilfish for the second Breacher Team?

I’m at a serious crossroads

I’d like the additional CP by having x2 Ethereals to help get that 4+ roll to use for a guaranteed Overwatch once per turn

But having the second Breacher Team in a Devilfish slaps hard also

I’m suffering from analysis paralysis
