Looking for movies with best goons

Looking for movies with most dedicated and competent henchmen who are loyal to their boss and preferably boss who won't throw them under the buss when sh*t happens. Kinda "there is honor among the thieves" vibe. It can be a gangster movie, thieves, western or anything you can think of that fits that description.
